In the list, find the line that is your "Default Gateway", this is your primary router/access point. Start > Run > type: cmd (to enter command prompt) 2. If the access point is the main " gateway" NAT router on your network: 1. You can always try doing a factory reset of the ap, and connect to its default IP address (with its factory username/password), but then you have to reconfigure it to work with your network. The IP address may, or may not show in the DHCP client list on your main router/gateway. You need the AP IP to be able to connect and reconfigure it.
